Firo.site is committed to providing high-quality luxury watches. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Discounted” are not eligible for returns.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@firo.site or call us at (571) 851-8085. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Fees
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or damaged. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different model, please contact us directly to initiate the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to availability and may incur additional shipping charges.
